I I was able to get my oil changed and my seat looked at in a very timely manner. I always receive good service there when it comes to oil changes. I have however had a huge problem with the passenger seat that rolls forward to allow my children into the third row. I paid to have it cleaned. I paid a lot to have it fixed and was assured it was. My children still can not move the seat. It has been this way for a few years. They have replaced the track and cleaned it before. It just isn’t usable and that is very frustrating. I need to be able to have my children use the third row seating. More

Unethical Business My wife and I found a Chrysler Pacifica online that had many options that we liked for a great price and wanted to look at. When I called to ask abou My wife and I found a Chrysler Pacifica online that had many options that we liked for a great price and wanted to look at. When I called to ask about it, I was told that an appointment would be needed to ensure it will still be there when we got to the dealership. In the time between the call and the visit, the price of the car went up $1500. We found this out the night before we were going to make the 5 hour trip with a newborn to Bartlesville. When we arrived, the people were nice to us as they showed us the vehicle and went on a test drive. When we returned and started negotiations, things went south quickly. First, we were given a rock bottom price for our trade, which I understand is to help the company make money, however, our trade was worth more than what they offered. When that was brought up, we were told that they were actually giving us $1500 more than what the trade line said since we get a credit for financing through the dealership . Then, prices were named as we were negotiating, none of which were actually true once we did the final paperwork. We were given an interest rate and were told it was the best they could do, but when I called them out for giving us a high interest rate simply to make more money on the back end, they dropped our interest rate by 2% all of a sudden. Overall, this was a transaction that makes people never want to return to a dealership again, especially this one. I assumed we were dealing with ethical people who would be truthful, however, we found the exact opposite to be true. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
