Scheduled an appointment to test drive for overnight. Basically had me commit to a higher price as the sale price was inflated to show discounts such as trade in for 2000 and in house financing 2000. Would not honor internet price of 26000. Would not negotiate price. I walked away. Meanwhile the sales man took my personal keys home and I had to wait until it was convenient for him to bring me my keys back. Over 2 hour wait. Here’s a tip don’t inflate your price to show discounts. Advertise the correct price. More

Hands-down the worst experience I bought a used diesel pickup that had the exhaust emissions removed and deleted. I bought a aftermarket warranty from them and now the warranty com I bought a used diesel pickup that had the exhaust emissions removed and deleted. I bought a aftermarket warranty from them and now the warranty company is denying all claims due to the fact that all the emissions were removed. I’ve been getting the runaround for a week now from Patriot and nobody is trying to help me fix this truck that I’ve only had for two months now. Matter-of-fact the manager hung up on me and told me to have my lawyer call his lawyer. I indeed hired a lawyer now and contacted the EPA, Consumer financial protection bureau, The BBB and State attorney generals office More

Tried to change advertised price. I saw the car online at the dealer website for $14500. I emailed and confirmed the price. I made a appointment and took at test drive. Salesman said yes to price but advised there would be a additional $400 for dealer transfer. Decided to buy. Upon signing noticed price was $18500. Refused. They came back and lowered to $16000 saying they had to put $1500 into the car after they got it. And they attempted to sell me a $2000 warranty. Small print says warranty only applies if All scheduled maintenance has been done on time. It’s a used car, I would have had no idea.
