Wonderful Job from The Service Department on 4-20-19! As always, the people in the service department are absolutely wonderful -- not only in the job they did on my Buick Envision I purchased new in Decem As always, the people in the service department are absolutely wonderful -- not only in the job they did on my Buick Envision I purchased new in December 2017, but in changing the oil and putting in a new filter, and inspecting it overall! I dealt with Ryan and Chase -- and I do not know who all did the work, but I am truly grateful. Ryan is so GREAT -- friendly and warm and helpful personality! Wow! And Chase is super GREAT guy, too! Mark Sparlin sent the reminder on my car to me, and he is fantastic too! So is Jeff -- terrific guy that replaced the battery in my key FOB. And Kathy is so kind and helpful when she answers the phone and transfers me to whatever I need. She is so sweet! I am sincerely grateful to all of these people, and I wish I knew the names of the guys that checked over my car and updated it with the oil and filter change. Superior job! Thank you all! More

Buick Roadmasater 1996 Friday march 15 I went to Patriot with cash to purchase a used vehicle, knowing I wasn't going to get much. I bought a car with cash leftover, and even though there was an issue with the car after I drove it off the lot the guys at Patriot were kind enough to take the car and fix the starter even though I bought the vehicle with no warranty and as is. I'd say that's service. Thanks guys! More

He listened to what We were asking for and was able to give us all the infomation over the course of a few days; as we were traveling to Bartlesville, not living close. Upon arriving, the vehicle was everything we were wanting. The actual negotiations and the financing portions were seamless and we were able to agree and purchase this awesome vehicle. Killian was very informative and professional. We enjoyed working with him. We had talked to other dealerships but this one exceeded our expectations . Kudos to The Patriot Dealership, worth our drive. We will work with them again. More
