The service department is wonderful, friendly, clean, excellent service. The dealership itself is a different story. The Truck has a check engine light on, the light came on during my drive home from the dealership. Tried to call dealership at 2:30 PM and was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the maintenance department. during my drive home from the dealership. I had to hang up and call Ty Kent, he answered, this was the same issue I had with all three days it was in the shop. Maintenance Department needs help.
