I drove 2. 30 hours to get treated like absolute xxxx horrible sales man and establishment do not purchase from Ben Thrisen was extremely rude and unprofessiona 30 hours to get treated like absolute xxxx horrible sales man and establishment do not purchase from Ben Thrisen was extremely rude and unprofessional kept taking smoke breaks and reeked cigarette smoke smell that’s not the worst part about it what was suppose to be a great experience was not purchasing my dream car was horrible with this dealership I should’ve definitely read the hundreds of bad reviews from this dealership the car was listed for $37,000 no negotiation was allowed therefore I asked that they fix a missing push to start button cap he told me “why can’t you just buy that yourself we are already loosing money on the car!” I got very upset and said that is not my fault that’s the price that it was listed for I didn’t get no discount or a lower price I got so upset and the manager apologized they don’t care at all “they talked to him” such xx even the financial guy said that they had complaints from him before then why is he still there? I was so upset I started to cry we where already deep in the process if not I would have not purchase anything from them they do not deserve anyones business, would get my missing cap button fixed back in my town but I called them to let them know that there’s a month wait and never received a phone call back, they didn’t even fill up my tank all the way with gas half only after they said they would at that point I was so fed up with what was suppose to be a great experience, auto rates as well here are horrible please do not come here we never received the “flowers” that they send you after you purchase a car, take your business elsewhere with the price that I ended up paying at the end I should’ve gone to a better dealership that actual cares I don’t even ever write a review but I have to warn others of this horrible dealership and salesman and management. More
