I purchased a vehicle with the patriot Chevrolet in bartlesville however never again will I do that. Whenever I arrive there I try to negotiate and the salesman told me that they do not negotiate price bartlesville however never again will I do that. They also lost the key to the car and then when they went to replace it they got a Jenkee key they didn’t even get the proper key for the vehicle it also did not have a proper detailing inside and it also does not even have a spare tire. Whenever they told me I had an engine and maintenance warranty with them on the contract they did not even put down that I had a warranty at all plus the vehicle I purchased is still within the parameters of the manufacturers warranty which they still never identified on the contract. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone because they won’t even fill up your gas when you ask them when you go to pick up your new vehicle. When I asked if they could fill up my gas tank when I came to pick it up they said well since we replace the brake light we won’t be replacing that or giving you an extra key from that dealership it came from. Very poor work ethic and do not recommend this company to anyone. More

Terrible experience, would leave negative stars if possible. Had an appointment to meet salesman (Chris R) at 9 a.m. Saturday specifically to test drive a low mileage 2021 Toyota 4Runner. Communicated with him via text the night before; he confirmed our arrival time so he could “make sure it’s ready to go”. We drove 2.5 hours to be there - he was not, showed up 25 minutes late. Got the keys from another salesman and immediately noticed the vehicle appearance did not match pics on the website. Cheap black plastic rim covers instead of original silver, and black door handles instead of silver as pictured. The vehicle was dirty inside: smears and smudges on door handles, debris in passenger seat, kids toy in the cargo hold. One of the 2nd row passenger seat latches was broken and the seat wouldn’t fold down. The sales guy blamed “18 year olds in the service department not wanting to work” for the state of the vehicle. Worst of all, the vehicle odometer was more than 2000 miles over the mileage listed on the website. Are staff are running a side hustle using inventory as rental vehicles? Or just personal use taking a summer road trip? In any case, the vehicle quality and condition were definitely not as shown. We wasted 5 hours of time and gas to listen to lame excuses. Buyer beware! The only positive thing: so angry and disgusted, the entire experience convinced us to purchase a brand new 2022 4Runner from our local dealer; it was immaculate and in our possession in two hours.
