I had an issue I asked them to correct on a vehicle under warranty. I was advised I would have to take the vehicle back to where I purchased it despite using the dealership for a year. While I was there, I warranty. I was advised I would have to take the vehicle back to where I purchased it despite using the dealership for a year. While I was there, I went in to talk about ordering a new Tahoe. I was invisible to the sales manager who was there. When I said I had a question they just looked at me and ignored me. I feel like they did it because at the time I was cleaning and I’m female so I guess I didn’t look like a viable customer to them. I like the person in service, Taylor, but the rest of them are not focused on customer service and I won’t go back. Interestingly, the manager left me a rather terse voicemail about my review. He didn’t like it. Well I did not like the service I got either. I’ll just go to Tulsa or Owasso. More

Only partially fixed issues the car was brought in for and marked up the top of the dash in completing the work. Issues with dash were pointed out when car picked up, pictures taken by service manager, and marked up the top of the dash in completing the work. Issues with dash were pointed out when car picked up, pictures taken by service manager, but have heard nothing. Bottom line is $2,000 bill and car is arguably in worse shape than when it went in.
