Brought my vehicle in for a heater issue, which required the removal of the dash to fix. When the car came back the dash pad was pretty marked up due to the removal process. Patriot did follow-up and co the removal of the dash to fix. When the car came back the dash pad was pretty marked up due to the removal process. Patriot did follow-up and corrected the issue even fixing some scuffs on the front of the dash I told them were not their doing. I very much appreciate the follow through and customer service they demonstrated in making it right. More

Haleigh, my sales associate was amazing. Very nice and kind and knowledgeable. The buying experience with her was perfect. it was just a little disappointing that we left with zero paperwork Very nice and kind and knowledgeable. The buying experience with her was perfect. it was just a little disappointing that we left with zero paperwork not knowing anything other than how much the car payment was in the interest-rate. Nothing to break down the starting price of the car if we got anything for the trade-in at all was told that since it’s a lot of paperwork in the end of the night making copies would take a really long time and he needed to get home. We could just come back up and get paperwork or he would have it brought to us. That was on a Friday it’s Tuesday. I still have nothing. I know Sundays don’t count because the dealership is closed but would love to see the final breakdown in all the other paperwork that was signed. other than that little hiccup. More
