Brought my truck in for an oil change and a warranty inspection. Amanda the Service consultant was great. I was in and out quickly. Started out not so good! All of the cameras on our brand new 2024 Silverado HD 2500 went out. The service dep’t at the dealership couldn’t get us in for a month. That, combin All of the cameras on our brand new 2024 Silverado HD 2500 went out. The service dep’t at the dealership couldn’t get us in for a month. That, combined with how we were treated caused us to leave a bad review. Gene Curtis the GM at Patriot reached out and had us come in the next day. He did an excellent job of working us in to find out the cause was a simple fuse that had burned out. I had a great conversation with Gene about our issue to which he seemed genuinely receptive and helpful. Thanks to Gene and Patriot service department. We travel quite a lot with our travel trailer and this was a big safety issue. Thanks again Gene Curtis & Patriot Chevrolet Hopkinsville, KY. More

It took 2 weeks to get an appointment, then I would have had to wait until the next day for a ride to pick up my car. The staff were professional and easy to work with. I had an extended warranty, so Patri had to wait until the next day for a ride to pick up my car. The staff were professional and easy to work with. I had an extended warranty, so Patriot was my only option. Patriot was where I want to take my corvette. I feel like they know more about corvettes than other shops. My low rating is because of the time to get an appointment and the pick-up delay. More
