Due to traffic, I was late and was told that no service could be preformed. I needed an oil change at least and after finally, service rep agreed to check vehicle in for oil change and told me he did know could be preformed. I needed an oil change at least and after finally, service rep agreed to check vehicle in for oil change and told me he did know how long the wait would be. The oil change was complete in no more than 45 minutes which led me to believe that it wasn't my tardiness that my vehicle wasn't serviced as scheduled but the shortage of technicians. At any rate, I got the oil changed and rescheduled the remaining services needed for a later date. As usual, the service was spot on. It's the way that i was made to feel that I had an issue with.
