Purchasing a new car for first time at age 49 I can tell you that everyone at the dealership did a great job. I am only a little disappointed that the Onstar program insisted on having my credit card # rig you that everyone at the dealership did a great job. I am only a little disappointed that the Onstar program insisted on having my credit card # right then at time of vehicle go over. That did not sit well with me and not having an owner's manual with a purchase this size on something this technically oriented is troubling to me. Those two things do not fall on the dealership though in my opinion and could be better from Chevrolet. I wanted a person from the dealer to walk me through more than the basic controls not a voice coming from somewhere else. Now I'm old I know but not that old and I went over every new Honda Motorcycle or ATV we sold for 23 years in person purchase to purchase and it helped us and the purchaser overall this way. I know this because I was also the person who answered the phone for the service department 90% of the time. I was the person sales referred the customer to if they had any problems or questions later as well. More

It not just this dealership, but all of them seem to trip over each other to get to you when you are a perspective buyer and once you buy its “sorry about your luck”. More
