I took my vehicle in to get the purge valve fixed. When I called they said that's probably what's wrong with it according to the check engine light code. When I got there it took them five hours and $ When I called they said that's probably what's wrong with it according to the check engine light code. When I got there it took them five hours and $423 later to change a different part. My check engine light came back on 6 days later. After googling the problem, I found out the purge valve should be changed first. I went to Oreilly's and bought the part and installed it myself. No more problems. Then 4 months later I get a letter from Chevrolet saying they know this a problem and will fix it free of charge. But since I didn't have this specific problem fixed at the dealership I won't be reimbursed. When I called the dealership, they informed me that I should have brought it back in and it would have been fixed for free. They did not tell me that there was any kind of warranty on their work. I WILL NOT BE BACK! More

Salesman changed the price of my truck on their website while I was there to rip me off. I went to an auto price history website to call his bluff. Pads were squealing on the way home from the dealership. Drive straight back and they proceed to charge me over 400 dollars for the pads they knew were bad when they sold the truck. The saga continues, so I write a very poor review and low n behold Bernie, representing himself as the manager calls me asking what he can do for me to remove my negative posting!!! Isn't that called manipulation or misrepresentation of a companys review or value when a manager asks you to remove a true and honest review ? This business is a bunch of crooks trying to falsely make themselves look good online. I wonder how many others the manager has called and asked them to remove their negative review? Here is my text conversation with him! Bernie- Can I get you to take that review down since we didn't do anything wrong pls. I'll be glad to help you find a van. Me- Anything wrong? Are you kidding me? No one called me back for 5+ weeks after leaving messages. No one could reply with a legit answer about how the warranty was calculated. And if you forget. Day one, I left the dealership with no paper tag and I drove to Kansas City, the salesman told me I had to come back and get it. Everything has been a nightmare. And the way you want to resolve anything now is have me buy another vehicle? Note- let's not forgot the salesman fell asleep during the test drive! So BUYER BEWARE!! If zero stars were possible, I actually ordered the car through GMC and this was the closest local dealer. I have placed a deposit with GMC for a new truck. I was told by patriot that I would receive the t through GMC and this was the closest local dealer. I have placed a deposit with GMC for a new truck. I was told by patriot that I would receive the truck in June 2022. When June came I called the new car manager and received no call back. On the third call to this individual, I asked that if he was not available that I speak to the manager and of course he took my call. He told me in the car would be in in the next two weeks. It is now October 2022 and I received a text message from them that asked me if I still wanted to order the truck? I explained in the text message that I have not had a good experience in my experience. I received a call immediately from the dealership and attempted to relay my experience. I was abruptly told well if you don’t want the truck then goodbye. Hands-down the worst car experience I’ve had in my life. This is a $90,000 truck that I am the kind of guy who can give you the money today. I have never ever ever in my entire life experience such a terrible customer service or experience. Addendum: I am updating the review to two stars because the general manager did call me and explain some of the issues at the dealership. He assures me that I will have the first truck that is available that I want. When this happens I will be happy to update this to a five star review because that will it be the ultimate service.
