I got there at 250pm for my 3pm appointment. I didn't leave until after 530. I live in prague and had to drive to tulsa, didn't know I could do this at a closer dealership. But a simple 30 minut I didn't leave until after 530. I live in prague and had to drive to tulsa, didn't know I could do this at a closer dealership. But a simple 30 minute inspection took close to three hours to do. I understand they had other cars to attend to. But this was ridiculous, I lost my entire afternoon waiting. More

I bought an 08 Jeep Wrangler with the tire and check engine light on The dealership agreed to fix both and charge the ac for me. My salesman Rey has been good.He’s returned every message. The service manager Brian Finley on the other hand has been horrible. He hasn’t taken or returned one phone call from me. It’s been 35 days now and the Jeep still hasn’t been repaired. Would not recommend you to anyone I know. Service was great at the beginning then the games started. 1st with damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed. 2nd with the finance department t Service was great at the beginning then the games started. 1st with damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed. 2nd with the finance department that added on almost $6,000 of warranty extras that was never discussed and slid in at the last minute. Then when delivered trying to get a hold of anyone to talk to was practically impossible to deal with issues. Save yourself some trouble. Go somewhere else. More
