not satisfied Went in for state inspection. Vehicle had less than 5000 miles since last inspection yet they insisted I needed to have it done at additional cost.. Went in for state inspection. Vehicle had less than 5000 miles since last inspection yet they insisted I needed to have it done at additional cost.. Third trip to this service center and every time they insisted I needed more done and always something not covered by my warranty or VIP service agreements. Last time the receptionist told me my tire would need replaced in order to pass inspection because they were dry rotted.. I only owned the car 9 months and I bought it from them. Strange how those tires dry rotted in only 9 months.. Spoke to Mr. Helmer (an owner) He was very polite and sympathetic but. that didn't correct the problems I had.. I got an e-mail asking for this review or I would not have said anything more about it. Since you asked this is it. More

Last minute Inspection For some reason I waited until the last minute to call for an appt for my yearly inspection. I was able to get an appt at a convenient time.
