I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your dealership regarding my vehicle. Approximately three visits ago, My vehicle was reading a faulty part to include my intake air received from your dealership regarding my vehicle. Approximately three visits ago, My vehicle was reading a faulty part to include my intake air flow sensor and specifically requested that both parts be replaced because it had clearly been identified as faulty that was paid for on my last two visits ( I paid my deductible) They cleaned it instead . The repair was covered and paid for through my vehicle’s warranty. However, despite my request, the part was not replaced. During that visit, I was informed that the shop foreman told the Customer Service Representative that I needed to pay for a different part to be replaced instead. This was extremely frustrating because the part I originally brought the vehicle in for was still not addressed, even though it had already been identified as faulty and was covered under my warranty. I am now being required to bring my vehicle back to the dealership for the fourth time, potentially to have the same part replaced that I originally requested three visits ago. This situation is unacceptable. I have made multiple trips to the dealership and have repeatedly explained the same issue, yet the original repair has still not been properly completed. This has caused me unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration. I am requesting that the dealership review my previous service records and warranty authorization, determine why the originally identified faulty part was not replaced when requested, and correct the issue without requiring me to pay for a repair that should have been covered under my warranty. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved properly. I should not have to continue bringing my vehicle back multiple times for the same issue when the necessary repair was identified and authorized several visits ago. I am not a satisfied customer, and I hope the dealership will take responsibility for what has occurred and make this situation right. More

Mislead on multiple fronts, if AJ Pekas is your salesman please dont just trust his word, VERIFY visually what he tells you about the vehicle before you sign.
