I am very sorry you feel that way in regard to our service department diagnosing and safety checking your vehicle. We have a strict process that we do on EVERY vehicle that comes in for service. My team follows this process starting with the technicians who complete a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. They then report to an advisor. It is the duty of an advisor to advise our clients on required factory maintenance based on time and mileage and any failed components or issues that were found. It is entirely up to you, as the owner of the vehicle, to accept or decline the adviser's recommendation. We do not decide what is considered marginal (as everyone's opinion is their own), we simply recommend all necessary services to keep your vehicle running safely an in top condition.
