Worst service experience of my life, first time I ever complained about a service experience. I understand the problems associated in a post Covid world. Every delay I experienced was/is possible, it is j complained about a service experience. I understand the problems associated in a post Covid world. Every delay I experienced was/is possible, it is just not very plausible. I would give 2 to 3 days between contact to allow them time to complete my service and they would only contact me after I contacted them. If they were going to keep my truck half a month, I wish they would have told me it could take that long and I would have taken them up on their offer of a loaner vehicle. But I didn’t because they had me believe it would take 2-3 days to fix my truck. Much frustration waiting. More

Asked then to return spare tire back up under the car. Seems like it was just hung on the hook and never raised up under because it was seen hanging down and eventually fell off in a parking lot roadway. I did drive 500 miles to another state with it like that. This could have happened on 95 and caused a bad wreck. Very disappointing. I drive an hour to this dealership too because i bought the car there and they were always great but now I'm reconsidering for service. Dealership sales is amazing! More

Your service department intentionally looks for marginal things that are wrong in your vehicle so that they can increase the repair fees. Such has happened to me twice and I will never return to Patriot fo things that are wrong in your vehicle so that they can increase the repair fees.
