Great experience, beautiful waiting room, all the staff were very friendly and professional. Successfully diagnosed my problem and resolved it. Very transparent every step of the way, including sending were very friendly and professional. Successfully diagnosed my problem and resolved it. Very transparent every step of the way, including sending me videos of my car taken by my technician who pointed out what and where the problem during the diagnostic phase, and subsequently where the replacement part was installed during the repair phase. I’d never experienced anything like that from any other dealership or repair facility and I really appreciated it - a very nice touch that let me hear firsthand from the technician who was actually working on the car. I personally found the cost to be perfectly reasonable (especially considering the cost of everything in 2023), and commensurate with not only the scope of the repair, but also the attention to detail, competency, and professionalism of the service I received and the people who delivered it.
