Worst experience with a service provider I've ever been to .I was talked down to and treated like I had no idea was I was talking about by the shop foreman ,I as a shop owner would fire anyone who treated to .I was talked down to and treated like I had no idea was I was talking about by the shop foreman ,I as a shop owner would fire anyone who treated a customer the way I was treated .I will never do business with this dealership again. Angela was great but I am dissatisfied about my service. I was charged for something that would have been covered under warranty. An appointment was made at a Honda Dealership for me but Honda was unable t I was charged for something that would have been covered under warranty. An appointment was made at a Honda Dealership for me but Honda was unable to fix the problem due to the code being cleared while it was at Patriot. I bought my car from Patriot in 2021 and my fiance bought his truck from Patriot in 2022. We will not be going to Patriot to buy anymore cars nor will be going there for maintenance. Instead of being taken care, I got ripped off. More
