I had a scheduled oil change and two hours later i am told i need tires which were not in stock and i was late for my appointment . This is my second car from Patriot a dn service has always been an issu told i need tires which were not in stock and i was late for my appointment . This is my second car from Patriot a dn service has always been an issue. I paid extra for an extended warranty and which included free oil changes for 5 years . Each time its seems to be an issue finding the information. @ $145 an hour for diagnosis its a bit much considering the tech probably only sees 20% of that . More

it took 2hrs 10 minutes for an oil change. When I asked what took so long he just said the shop was slammed. I had an appointment at 10:00 why was the shop over booked and if they where behin When I asked what took so long he just said the shop was slammed. Went in for an oil change and inspection. They found a mouse nest during service and wanted to charge me a hour of time $180 to remove it. They tried calling me but did not leave a message wh They found a mouse nest during service and wanted to charge me a hour of time $180 to remove it. They tried calling me but did not leave a message when they found it. I called back within a half hour, no answer, left a voice mail and never got a call back. Settled paying $90 for a nest in an area a shop vac could have cleaned up in 2 minutes. I was told they were very busy and never saw my voice message. 2nd vehicle left the same day for an oil change had to call them 4 hours later to find out it still was not ready. Time to find a new service center with time for you. More
