Patriot said they rotated my truck tires, but didn't. My truck wasn't completed until 1-1/2 hours after I asked for it to be finished. The work was scheduled as an advance appointment. The truck was dropped off at Patriot an hour before the appointment and the work (state inspection and oil change) should take about two hours. I asked for for 4-1/2 hours. The service writers have been replaced annually. I asked for tire prices from Patriot twice and never received prices. More
