Inexperienced mechanics Had my truck in 4 times with the same problem and been charged this last time to get my truck back. Drove home and still isn't fixed. Called the manager on a Friday to complain because they had my truck two days for every time I took it in. I need my vehicle and the manager says to me I am sorry it's the end of my shift this was a Friday. I say ok how about I bring it in tomorrow (Sat) he says sorry I am off tomorrow I said ok anyone else who can help me. Yeah just bring it on Monday. What ever happen to customer service! Truck still isn't fixed gotta save up money to take it somewhere else. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I full warn ya don't ever get your vehicle worked on cause this is bullcrap. I only wish I could post the picture of the job they did. The only thing I can say is that Heather Holland in Service was the only person who tried to help! She was great at her job. I highly recommend that she is promoted to a manager cause she knows how to treat a customer the way they should be treated. Better yet I hope another dealership takes her under they're wings cause she works for a bunch a xxxxxxx who don't know what the xxxx they are doing and it's a shame cause she is the one who has to hear the customers complain that the place she works for has a bunch of people who work there don't know what they are doing. xxxx Shame!! More
