Run around I purchased a 2015 GMC sierra just off a lease at that time I found that the cover for the back of the driver seat was off and just hanging there the I purchased a 2015 GMC sierra just off a lease at that time I found that the cover for the back of the driver seat was off and just hanging there the salesman told me oh that happens from time to time and he pushed it back in I was told that I would just have to push it back in I’ve had my truck in for service and purchasing different items on that vehicle throughout the last couple of months and every time the seat back cover has not been addressed they just push it back in and say it happens so I specifically went down to have this problem addressed and they tell me that it’s not a GM certified issue and they can’t do anything about it. I’ve been getting the runaround for several months. When I took the truck in specifically to solve this problem The mechanic looked at it and showed me that one of the clips was unhooked as he took the cover off to show me how this seat hooks back in he broke the clip completely off and I am still having to deal with a problem that is offputting every time someone gets in the backseat of the truck I am not satisfied at all as I feel this was a problem that they knew about from the start and did nothing about More
