Honest, straightforward sales with John Schmidt I've been working with John Schmidt since 2013 when he put me in my first Enclave. 100 dollar oil change So for a few weeks I've been getting calls from Patriot GMC stating I have a service credit of 26 dollars on my account from past services. I asked if So for a few weeks I've been getting calls from Patriot GMC stating I have a service credit of 26 dollars on my account from past services. I asked if I could use that towards an oil change and was told yes. So I dropped the truck off thinking all day after the credit the oil change would be maybe 35 bucks. I get the call my truck is ready to be picked up. Its Friday, I'm in a good mood and SLAM!!!! I am handed a bill for an oil change for no lie 101 dollars. That's right 101 American dollars not Canadian. For an OIL CHANGE. So I'm like OK they got me, shame on me for being so trusting. I should have known 26 dollar service credit was bait and I got the hook. So I asked if that was after the service credit being applied and was told no. So I gave a simi-sweet breath of relief. Please apply my 26 dollar service credit to my bill I asked kindly. Sorry sir but only use 10% of your total total service credit towards an oil change. They got me again. So final total bill for an oil change after my service credit was 99 American dollars. The story is 100% true but worth every penny because I'll be telling this story for years to come. I plan on laminating my bill so when people say it cant be true I can pull out the bill. Thanks Patriot GMC Sincerely More
