I was well treated when I presented my deal on a vehicle we had picked. I dealt with John and Sarah and everything was straight forward. Picking up the vehicle took a little longer than normal but it was manageable. Picking a certified vehicle and getting the extended warranty settked that uneasy buying used feeling. Great customer service I came to Patriot without an appointment after damaging my tire. Rachel immediately had the situation evaluated. It turned out that I needed a new tir I came to Patriot without an appointment after damaging my tire. Rachel immediately had the situation evaluated. It turned out that I needed a new tire. While a new one was ordered, a spare was put on my car so that I could get home. I was told that the tire would be in at 11 am the next morning. The next day Rachel confirmed the arival of the tire and gave me a time to come in. The mechanic had the tire ready to mount when I arrived. In less than an hour, I was checking out. Thank you to Rachel and mechanic (please excuse me for not able to name) for your professionalism and quick turn around.
