Oil change It was the dealer complimentry 2 oil changes in 24000 miles. I have to wonder what else the tech didn’t do in the 60 minutes he had my truck. Because It was the dealer complimentry 2 oil changes in 24000 miles. I have to wonder what else the tech didn’t do in the 60 minutes he had my truck. Because the air pressures on the tires were borderline before it was serviced and nothing changed after the service. It seems like because I bought the truck at the Limerick dealership the tech didn’t want to be bothered with providing great service. Probably will not take my truck back to Boyertown. More

Small hiccup with immediate correction. Had several items worked on and a week later noticed a faint sound of rotational rub. Got immediate appointment and took tech for a ride. not satisfied Went in for state inspection. Vehicle had less than 5000 miles since last inspection yet they insisted I needed to have it done at additional cost.. Went in for state inspection. Vehicle had less than 5000 miles since last inspection yet they insisted I needed to have it done at additional cost.. Third trip to this service center and every time they insisted I needed more done and always something not covered by my warranty or VIP service agreements. Last time the receptionist told me my tire would need replaced in order to pass inspection because they were dry rotted.. I only owned the car 9 months and I bought it from them. Strange how those tires dry rotted in only 9 months.. Spoke to Mr. Helmer (an owner) He was very polite and sympathetic but. that didn't correct the problems I had.. I got an e-mail asking for this review or I would not have said anything more about it. Since you asked this is it. More
