GMC is not worth the time or money They are poorly managed. Me and my husband took our almost brand new truck in to be serviced due to it having a problem. I called in and am told one s They are poorly managed. Me and my husband took our almost brand new truck in to be serviced due to it having a problem. I called in and am told one story and then my husband calls in 2 mins later and is told another story. The manager of the service department is very sexist telling me that he can not do anything about the promises that we were told. Then my husband calls 2 minutes later and he is told that they were investigating everything yesterday and that they will up hold the promise. This place is not worth anyone’s time or money you just leave there with the same questions you had. We had to take the truck in a second time because it was not fixed the first time and was told they were going to fix the problem. Then my husband goes to pick up the vehicle and they told him that they didn’t do anything they said they were going to and only took it for a test drive. GMC is not worth the time or money it’s better just to buy a different brand vehicle because if there is a problem they will fix it unlike GMC. More
