Surprising I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. It took about 3/4 of an hour longer than I normally have to wait. Which can happen, but they didn't I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. It took about 3/4 of an hour longer than I normally have to wait. Which can happen, but they didn't seem to be overly busy when I made my appointment and It wasn't mentioned. What got my attention more was the charge of almost $2.00 to keep my service record in their files. Petty things like this give me a bad taste in my mouth. More

I was well treated when I presented my deal on a vehicle we had picked. I dealt with John and Sarah and everything was straight forward. Picking up the vehicle took a little longer than normal but it was manageable. Picking a certified vehicle and getting the extended warranty settked that uneasy buying used feeling.
