After making a decision there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle that evening. We did return the next day and lease our Ecore. Don't go for recalls. I have been there a handful of times and the only once did I have an okay experience. I have gone for 2 recalls and both times have been pushed aside I have been there a handful of times and the only once did I have an okay experience. I have gone for 2 recalls and both times have been pushed aside to be checked in, even after making appointments. I saw walk in customers be treated with quicker service and clearly being more valuable. The first time they did not put my steering wheel back together correctly and then was told to drive it anyway because it was almost close and wasn't sure how to fix it. It is still not om correct. This last time the woman at the front Heather is great, she always is. She is seems overworked. Although always has a pleasant attitude. I saw multiple other people on a busy Saturday just hanging out watching the T.V in the waiting room and on their phone while Heather handled everything else. I would rather drive further to get better service. My fiance and I took his truck there and the service was good, quick and they did not push us to the side. Not happy. More
