Purchase of new GMC acadia Alena was friendly and made the exploration of a new car easy and pressure free. Upon our initial visit she understood we were only interested in looking. She gave great information about the vehicle. When we returned she was easy to work with and purchase the car from. My only feedback about the car buying process is the lack of transparency on what was included in the price. Upon return from the initial offer the maintenance was removed. This was not discussed as a reason for the price going down and we did not find this out until we signed papers with finance. The funny money part of car buying is always a frustrating piece. All in all we had a good experience! Never once did Alexa make us feel as if we weren’t going to be able to get what we wanted. And she helped make that happen. More
