The service was great, however I have a few suggestions. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the cashier directed me to my car in the lot “to the right”. When I arrived in the lot, the car I approached (same color and make) after opening the door, I discovered it wasn’t my car (black seats vs. beige). This was a little startling. I finally found my car parked near the building adjacent to a stair case. I actually couldn’t get my vehicle out of the space due to the close proximity of the staircase and the other vehicles parked around the car. I was essentially boxed in. I exited the vehicle to get help. A very nice service gentleman came down the stairs and attempted to pull my car out for me and also, was unable to pull the car out. He had to go get the key of the car parked in front of me to move it before I could exit the parking space. He was very apologetic. My service agent then arrived, Angela, and also apologized and indicated she would have gotten the car for me. If I understand it correctly, someone should have pulled my car around for me vs. me searching the parking lot and then not being able to pull my car out of the space. So my suggestion is that you should inform your cashier of the process. Angela was on the phone helping another customer when I arrived and didn’t see me arrive back for my vehicle. Perhaps, if your are supposed to drive the customer’s car to the front, you could let your cashier know of that process so she can properly instruct the customer to wait vs. sending them to the lot to attempt to find the vehicle? I would definitely ask for Angela again. She was extremely professional and very helpful when I arrived. In addition to explaining everything upfront, she was able to answer a question I had about a message I had received from Onstar about the vehicle. The gentleman who helped me in the lot to get my vehicle out of the blocked space was also extremely helpful. The Cashier was also very efficient. I just think perhaps a review of processes might be helpful to improve the customer experience the next time I come back. The facility is very nice and people are all very professional. The complementary Starbucks is an awesome touch! I stayed for inspection and it was a nice place to hang out while waiting for my car to be done. Inspection pricing was reasonable.
