difficult to get help , too expensive, delayed responses and service NOT explained , since I am a woman,older and single , they do not think I know or understand. More

it took some talking, pleading and compromising on my part to be seen for an emergency with my 2017 Buick encore. I was finally allowed to leave my car so they would at least look at the problem and determine if it was able to be fixed that day. The call back was delayed even when I explained I needed to know soon The issue was more serious and I had to plead again for them to just keep the car and fix it when they could. After a hefty amount of money they fixed the problem. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Then when I was able to pick up the car and asked for an explanation Jarrett only read the receipt, DID NOT explain why a bushing would SUDDENLY break and why that happened. I am a woman , and most service techs don't think women, older and single , know anything about cars, servicing and repairs. I was insulted and then after an extremely high bill , distraught. NO MORE servicing with Patriot. I do not want obligatory coupons for free servicing.
