When I recently moved to Worcester, I had to replace my car. After researching, I chose a VW Beetle at Patrick, went there, and was shown 4 different ones -- test drove each one of them. After the sale, any time I've needed, sticker, service -- whatever -- everyone I've had contact with in any department has been terrific. Friendly, personable, helpful. And during these pandemic days -- wow. Months of not using my car, and with health issues, I needed a tune-up and Alex sent two of his team to pick up and then return my car! And the job that was done -- I decided to leaved the car one more day to have the full service detailing for inside and out -- and this little "bug" is GLEAMING. Called the service department and was surprised to have the service manager pick up the phone.
