Day 3 with my new Tiguan and I couldn’t be happier. After being jerked around by other VW dealerships in Massachusetts I thankfully got in touch with Susan Mattero at Patrick VW. I came to her with a monthly payment number I was comfortable paying and she delivered. No xx no back and fourth just honesty and the definition of customer service. I was in the dealership within an hour and was serviced by Andrew Murray. He made the paperwork process simple, efficient, and FAST. Gone are the days of 8 hour car purchasing process. Andrew walked me through every inch of the car, taught me how to connect my phone and utilize all features in the car, and made the transition seamless. He also called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions that weren’t already addressed. I’m not someone who leaves reviews so when I say your crazy if you don’t call Susan and Andrew to buy your next Volkswagen I mean it! More
