Just purchased a VW today. Andrew Murray was great showing us the car, taking his time explaining all the features and options. The finance people along with Ian processed the loan quickly getting us showing us the car, taking his time explaining all the features and options. I bought a VW New Beetle 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the second key. They lost it and Dave said he would send me one. They stop answering my emails and I'm still waiting for my key.
