Igor is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and he follows up and does what he says he will do. He was a pleasure to do business with. The dealership said the maintenance was up to date, but The “B” service wa and does what he says he will do. He was a pleasure to do business with. The dealership said the maintenance was up to date, but The “B” service was 400 miles past due and they refused to do that service. I will go to Mercedes and have to pay for that service. More
