I made an appointment with Ramez to look at a VW Atlas. My husband and I arrived for our appointment and were shown an Atlas that met our requirements. We test drove the car and began looking at our optio My husband and I arrived for our appointment and were shown an Atlas that met our requirements. We test drove the car and began looking at our options available on the lot. Having never seen the car before, we wanted to see and understand the various choices and options available to us. We quickly realized that Ramez was incredibly motivated to pressure us into a sale. He was very pushy; constantly asking “what do you want” while we were trying to explore our options. He was also incredibly condescending when we asked for clarifications on what options were available. Needless to say we chose to leave. This was a very unpleasant experience and we did not appreciate the way we were treated. Furthermore, he took a week to follow up with us and send the appraisal of our trade. In the meantime we chose to purchase the car from another VW dealership in the area who were kinder, more patient and more understanding that this is a large, important purchase. More
