Igor was a great help. He was patient with me while indecisive on making a decision on which car I wanted. He came in on his day off to make sure my paperwork was done and He was patient with me while indecisive on making a decision on which car I wanted. He came in on his day off to make sure my paperwork was done and to be able to drive my car home the following Monday. I had a deposit on another Tiguan at a different dealership but I liked this VW better and felt more comfortable purchasing from Igor. My brother wants to also buy a Tiguan and I will without a doubt be recommending he come see Igor even though it’s an hour away. More

Ramez was great to work with - knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. All questions were answered and everything was taken care of by the time I arrived to pick up the 2022 Tiguan SE.. Once I arrived. Ra and responsive. All questions were answered and everything was taken care of by the time I arrived to pick up the 2022 Tiguan SE.. Once I arrived. Ramez walked through what the car could do and patiently answered any and all questions. My wife and I were very impressed. A couple of days after the sale, Ramez called to check in and was more than happy to answer more questions. Overall, Ramez made buying from Patrick VW a wonderful experience.
