We were passed to a salesman who was very helpful, and the salesman drove the car to Portsmouth, NH so the trip home for us was shortened by a good amount. We called David to ask a few questions about the car after delivery, and he followed up with answers the next day. We would recommend this dealer. More
Bought a car there and when we get home and look closely at the paperwork and discover that the price was WAY higher than we had discussed. Called the salesaman (Pawil) and he puts me off to then finance gu at the paperwork and discover that the price was WAY higher than we had discussed. I explain there must be a mistake and he gets very rude-"YOU SAW THE PAPERS ETC..." and he hangs up on me when I get terse and start explaining there is a MISTAKE! Finally get the "used car manager" to look it over and sure enough they had added some items twice on the paperwork, so no problem-we'll write you a check. When I asked for a breakdown of ALL the charges so i could see what had actually happened they were very not very forthcoming-The guy tells me that he'll e-mail it right over. That was three weeks ago and I'm still waiting. So he tells me over the phone what the charges are and what was "doubled" and the numbers still don't add up. I tell him this and THAT was when he tells me about the $300 "doc fee" that had NEVER been discussed and they definitely did not tell me about. I tell him I did not recall seeing the papers signed that had the fee on it as I don't have a copy, he tells me it was signed and I have no choice but to believe him as I'm still waiting for a copy of that as well. Even if it was signed I find it quite curious that that was the only paperwork we did not get a copy of. VERY DECEPTIVE!!! I now believe that this was all done on purpose (even the mistaken "doubling" hoping that we didn't notice. And that's not all. We were told by Pawil our salesman that the financing rate would be 6%. Direct quote-"the rate WILL be 6% if not lower." Well sure enough we get home and look at the paperwork closely and the rate is 8.25%. Shame on us for not looking closely at the paperwork-but we trusted them as they were very nice and friendly-that was up until the point that I drove the car away. All of this hassle of trying to figure out what happened took MANY days as they do NOT return calls. If I did not catch the person at their desk I quickly found out that they would NOT call back. I waited to write this review until I had a chance to talk to the owner, thinking perhaps he didn't know what his employees were up to. He does call me back after I have to call a different branch to ask for him as the Auburn store wasn't even answering their phone (caller ID?). I explained the situation and he was very nice and says he'll "look into it and call you tomorrow". That was Tuesday and it is now Saturday. BUYER BEWARE!!! Update- Well I finally got the owner on the phone. Basically told me I was out of luck, and I could tell he didn't even know what I was talking about as I had to explain to him again what had happened. He had not looked into it AT ALL. So I call back the used car manager and he tells me "I could have told you that!" Still have not received the check or copies of the paperwork for their supposed "mistake". Over a month now and I call DAILY and they simply do not return the call. I am calling the AG's office on Monday. You would have to be INSANE to do business with these people. More

Their finance offer was very reasonable, and the VW 36,000 mile service program is very attractive. I price and trade to a value I could work with. USAA auto buying services recommended Patrick as one of the three dealers that had 2010 VW TDI Jetta Wagons. Patrick had the best price of the three. The only drawback was there were no 2010 TDI Jetta Sportwagens in stock. Patrick offered a good deal on the 2011. More

Once again I travelled over an hour to do business at Patrick Motors. When I phoned the dealership for advice for a used car (they didn't have what I wanted) Matt Patrick went to work, he found me my dre Patrick Motors. Matt and his staff made this such an easy transaction, a deal that 2 days ago I didn't think possible from him. I actually had already put a deposit down on a very similar vehicle with less options at another reputable VW dealer earlier in the day and was driving home thinking I was done shopping. I have been in contact with Lisa so when I saw her ringing my phone, I answered to see what she had to say. When I gave her the news she brought to my attention that she had in inventory the exact car I was looking for. It did seem to be a bit more expensive due to the additional options the car had. I was skeptical on price negotiations. She was not pushy but did encourage me to come in and take a look at the car and see if they could help me anyway. She also said at least we will part as friends. Her positive attitude and charm helped me make the decision to take the ride down to hear dealership. I was greeted by Lisa and was introduced to Mike (Sales) and Joshua (Manager). Mike and Josh worked very hard and got pretty darn close to the car with less options. Even Matthew Patrick himself and stopped in to make sure I was being taken care of. Right down to the business manager Andy the team put in a 100% efford to get me out of there in the car that I wanted with the price I wanted to pay. I want to say thank you to every one of you and I would not hesitate to referr you any business in the future. More
