Normally that's a green light for sales people to take advantage, but not for Joe. He was friendly and informed. He worked with me through all my questions, but never hesitated to get answers from management for clarification before passing on the info; in this way, I knew I had all the details. - Respectful When I wanted to talk pricing and negotiating strategies with my parents (a more experienced eye), Joe respectfully left the table to give me the privacy I deserve. He did not try to gather information from my "off the table" convo for any reason. - Easy to work with When we were about to make a deal, I sprung the old "now let negotiate for add-ons", and he just laughed along with me. We were able to work out getting a small cosmetic tune added for free to the deal. - Time I came late in the day, but Joe was willing to work with me through the process, putting in the extra hours without complaint to help make me feel valued as a customer, and as a person. Cons: - I came for a quote but left with a car. But is that really so bad? Can't really say anything bad about Joe, he's a pro. And he still provides me the best service when I call him with questions many months later. More

She was really knowledgeable about the cars and all the features, and she got us all of the information that we needed to make a good decision that we felt comfortable with. We never felt rushed or pressure during the process, which I really appreciated. When we went in to pick up the car from Patrick Subaru, the registration, plates, and all of the paperwork were ready to go. I appreciated that as well since this saved me a lot of time and hassle. I told him I would be back when I was ready to buy because of his approach. I just picked up my Subaru Impreza from Al this evening and I’m thrilled. I have purchased 7 cars in my life. After visiting the showroom on a very busy Saturday when everyone was serving other customers, I was very pleased to be able to arrange time to visit the showroom, and was immediately helped by Frank Wilcox. Frank was very patient and helpful in determining what car best fit my needs and my budget. I felt that our discussions always centered on my wants and needs, and not which car Frank wanted me to buy. Luckily my perfect Crosstrek was waiting for me on the lot, and I was able to pick it up the very next day. I would highly recommend Patrick Subaru to friends and family. More
