Not bad Frank Wilcox was my dealer at Patrick Subaru. He was pretty helpful and informative, he didn't rush or try to push me. I understand that there have been many issues as of recent with receiving vehicles from the port, and so unfortunately it took almost a month for my car to get to the dealer. As a customer, this was very frustrating because I had to wait with no information regarding when I would actually get the car that I was ready to buy. I do want to reiterate that I'm aware this was no fault of anyone in particular, especially not the salesperson. She was diligent about letting me know what she could, when she could. I do wish there could have been some way, for her sake, and for mine, that could have been able to communicate more information to me. More
