Michelle is the best! I was interested in buying a new Forester, so my husband and I went to our local Subaru dealership. No big issues, but felt like I was stuck and they I was interested in buying a new Forester, so my husband and I went to our local Subaru dealership. Very disappointed, my husband recommended we try Patrick, which is a little more of a hike then what I preferred but gave it a shot. Once at Patrick, Michelle kept us both very comfortable from start to finish, and explained everything so well that I did not once doubt my decision to buy from them. She was patient with me, and very honest and worked with us to achieve a payment I was comfortable with. All in all, the process was very smooth and now I have the brand new car I wanted and needed!
