Happy with my new used car! I recently bought a used car through Patrick Subaru! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and worked with my family and I, meeting over multiple days, in order to find the right match for me. Al kept us updated via text/calls/voicemails throughout the different phases of car buying, working with myself, as well as my insurance company, the bank etc. Everything, besides the car inspection, can be done at the dealership - even new license plates! I absolutely love the car and am very satisfied with the purchase. The only reason I gave the dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is because although the car had clearly been vacuumed, I felt like the steering wheel, touchscreen, buttons, etc. were not 100% clean and maybe had been overlooked. Still, I had such a great experience with Al that this did not take away from it. Would recommend! More

She helped me find a vehicle that I absolutely loved and that entirely fit my budget. He looked for a used car originally for us and then we decided to go with new. There were none to be found specifically with what was wanted so we placed an order to get it just right.
