Honest, straightforward, and kind. I came in to Patrick's Dealership with a specific used car in mind that I had been discussing with the Sales Rep. It had been sold the previous night, so I began looking at other options here with Joe. He was friendly, kind, non-intrusive, and relaxed. I didn't feel any pressure or stress from him whatsoever. He was helpful and willing to answer all of my questions (and there were many), and was patient in his explanations to me. He was honest about what would be possible, and was straightforward in his options; I never once felt that he was trying to give me the run-around or scam me. We test drove two, and I was about to leave when we discussed the option of a newer model. Based on their knowledge of the product, confidence in the vehicle, and their helpfulness, I was sold on the dealership. They were able to meet my requirements and I am now the owner of a 2019 Subaru Impreza! I highly recommend working with Joe, as well as Susan Mattero, and the Patrick Subaru family. Thank you! More

As far as buying experience after Its out of the salesmans hand in general I think overall I have had better experiences and deals in the past but under the circumstances I didn't have much of a Choice but to go with what was offered to me. for a dealer to have a reputation like the Patrick family that "They do Better" I truly don't see that reflecting in the Deal every dealer in my book has the same goals no matter where u go and they do not offer certified preowned vehicles because Y? I think u would know exactly y. At the end of the day it's all about how much money u can make per unit. And that is my honest opinion being a friendly dealer doesn't change anything at all at the end of the day. More

My first lease, my second Crosstrek I purchased my first Crosstrek (2014) at Patrick Subaru from a salesperson who is no longer there. He was more of a 'salesman' than a knowledgable expert on Subaru. While having that car serviced on a busy Saturday a few months ago, I spent about half an hour with Joe Domenicucci, asking questions on leasing a new 2019 Crosstrek. I've traded and purchased many vehicles in my life, but knew zero about leasing. Joe was so knowledgable, and very patient answering my many questions, He managed to give me the confidence I was looking for take take the plunge and lease. Last week I returned to pick my new car. Joe made the entire experience a pleasant one. Again, he proved he also knows SUBARU. He answered all my questions about the available options. The place was super busy, but I never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions. I test drove my car and made plans for the pick-up two days later. When I arrived, we sat inside the car while Joe explained the updated features on my new vehicle and spent another 20 minutes or more going over the dashboard/radio, programmed my iPhone, etc. It was white-glove service that I never expected. So now, I not only tell everybody how much I love Subarus, I really recommend Patrick Subaru. And if you're lucky enough to get Joe Domenicucci, you'll be in really good hands. More

Since then we have been very pleased with both the vehicle and Patrick's service department. When it came time to finally retire our 2007, of course I planned to go to Patrick for its replacement. The sales associate I dealt with was John Watt and he made buying a new 2019 Forester a breeze. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and I never felt hurried or pressured in any way. He spent considerable time helping me get used to my new car as a lot has changed in the Subaru in 12 years. What hasn't changed is that, in my opinion, it's still the best car on the road and I wouldn't go anywhere but Patrick Motors to buy one. More
