Second vehicle in 2 years from Patrick I've now purchased a second vehicle from Patrick Subaru, in so many years, and the experience is once again perfect. I love how there's simply no games - you go in, they give you what your vehicle (trade) is worth, and you buy the new car at a fair and honest price. Is there negotiation? Sure, I guess, but it's not like it's hard, it is more about figuring out what works best for you. I know a lot of people in the car business, as I used to sell cars about 10 years ago. I choose to go to Patrick Subaru because I don't want to have to play games. I was in and out both times with very little wasted time. The second vehicle took longer, because of a tricky negative equity position, but that's on my situation, not them. Rob and Todd as managers, as well as Tre and John in finance, all were wonderful to work with. Although because Joe Dinneen did his job well, I didn't have to do much with the management team - Joe was on top of his game and made sure that the experience went quickly and easily. If you're in the market for a Subaru, save yourself a huge hassle, and just go here. Save yourself from the headache of going from one dealership to the next, and just go buy here. More

After the test drive, he along with Adam quickly navigated through the paperwork for me, and let me know I could come back in a few hours to pick up the car. Which I did. Al pulled out all stops (including a 2-hour odyssey to the Worcester RMV) to ensure I left the dealership with my car and plates.
