The car I have been shopping for I think the price is fair. I think they can be a little more generous in their negotiations! Little things go a long way. When you’re talking $20,000 I think you can negotiate a little by throwing in things like weather tech mats if the customer asked. Let’s face it; most customers don’t! So the few that do, I think it should be worth the business. It’s a couple hundred when you’re talking 20,000+...... that’s an example. Other dealers offer things like car delivery and coming to you for paperwork. And I asked for touch up paint!! Seriously?!! They can’t give me touch up paint? More

There was no pressure to push any particular option or package. When they found a car that seemed a good fit, they gave me a quote that was an excellent value, I then made an appointment to take a look at the car. I was given plenty of time to research the model and features and any potential problems online. Sales representative John Watt was very patient in answering all my questions and allowed me an extensive road test of the new features, especially any that I had questions about, The same was true with the finance representative, John Canty. I did not feel pressured to take something I didn't want and was given time to make an informed decision. At every step of this purchase I felt like my needs were put first.
