As soon as the salesman came out in a snake skin suit with a t-shirt, I knew we were in trouble. The dealership offered low money leases with the usual down payment. After saying what we were looking for their low money lease , the low money lease turned into a mortgage payment. This is when my wife said, back to Patrick Subaru we go, great customer service, no nonsense leasing, no pressure sales, Joe Domenicucci is the ultimate salesman, always making sure that you are happy , Adam K explained all the financing, and also all the extra products that they offer, with no pressure . My only reservation concerned the finance (or business) manager, who really pushed to get me to sign the paperwork prior to the end of the month so they could make "their numbers." A couple of phone conversations to try and get me to drive 40 miles to sign for a car that had to arrive on the lot. I simply couldn't get there prior to the month changeover, and it felt awkward to be put in the situation of feeling pressured (and made to feel a little guilty) of not being able to help them. Regardless, I WOULD recommend the dealer, which I suppose says something. More

I got everything I wanted. It was important for me to express how I felt. I wanted a 3 year old used car, with low miles and the sport package. But knowing from my last experience buying a 3 year old car you will need new tires and breaks and rotors. So I pointed this out. I was told I would get 2 new tires when I pick my car up the next day. When I came to do the final signing I was told that Patrick Subaru replaced all 4 brakes and rotors also! This gesture totally topped off my experience! I am so very happy! More
