Every staff member we interacte My husband and I had a pleasant and low-stress experience with Patrick Subaru when looking to purchase a used vehicle. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and there was ample inventory for us to consider. We worked primarily with Al, who made us feel very comfortable during the process. We never once felt like he was pressuring us into buying anything we weren't looking for. He was knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date all throughout the process. We worked with Steve during negotiations, who was up-front and able to reach a fair deal with us. We also worked with David on paperwork, who was thorough and patient when we asked him to explain multiple items. We love the car we bought and felt confident that this is a reliable dealership. More
