Al was incredible to work with... I can't say enough about Al. He knew from the moment we met him what we were looking for and found it for us immediately! Al was so thorough too. He even went over everything in the car after we purchased it. He had already made the sale but still took the time to show us every feature. No-one has ever done that with us at any dealer. Unnecessary charges "Accidentally" charged us for a factory recall. The charges were in a separate line item making it hard to identify. After the fact I called and that was corrected but it was definitely a concern. Another concern was being pushed into a "throttle cleaning service" at <20k miles, even though there were no noticeable issues with the car. Everything I've read or researched would suggest that is not a legitimate need. So my advice - go in knowing exactly what you need done. If they try proposing extra services do your homework before authorizing anything. Don't let yourself be pressured into services you don't need. More
