Excellent Customer Service from Service Advisor Sean Foley Yesterday my check engine light went on so I called the dealership, they said they had no available appointments but they would fit me in in between a Yesterday my check engine light went on so I called the dealership, they said they had no available appointments but they would fit me in in between appointments. When I showed up they immediately looked at my car. I worked with service advisor Sean Foley who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I thought I would have to leave my car there all day, but he had me step to the side for a few minutes to make sure it was not a minor, 15 minute fix that I would have to drive all the way back to the dealership for. Turns out it was a minor fix, and they had the car back to me in fifteen minutes. When Sean returned the car to me, he explained what had happened clearly and did not force an up sell on me (which I know some dealerships try to do). My experience working with Sean was non-stressful, quick and pleasant! Excellent customer service! More
