It was perfect. The whole staff were friendly and polite. Joe has been our salesman twice, and both times he has been excellent. We will definitely be going back to him in the future. More

I usually have a great experience with this service department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and was recommended to change it to a more premium service which was $1,500 more than what I had planned on. On the way out, I looked at a used car, and decided to change my service back to the originally planned oil change (with synthetic oil, even though the age of my car does not require it.). Kyle was visually frustrated with my decision to change the service, even though the work had not been started on the car. I would imagine what would be better for the dealership as a whole , would outweigh any commission he would receive for the service, but he was very unhappy and rude about changing the service back. When I came to pick up my car, I noted on the invoice that traditional motor oil had been placed in the car, instead of the synthetic oil that I had requested. This is the third time that this has happened to me at this dealership. Kyle did not even speak to me about the mistake, and instead another service representative discussed that I could wait to have the oil drained, and synthetic oil placed instead. Not wanting to wait for another oil change, and waste the oil, I decided to just keep the regular oil in the car. The other service representative said they would make it up to me, but no concrete plan was discussed. Usually I have a good experience with this service department, especially with Jon and Mary, but some of the newer representatives have something to learn about customer service. More

End of February 2020 purchase of a Crosstrek Hybrid It was a busy time of the month and the COVID-19 "social distancing" mandates had not yet been enacted. The customer parking area was full. I checked in with Gabriel and was told I was first in line. While waiting, Gabriel and I talked and he brought out the 2020 Crosstrek Hybrid I was there to see. He left me to go through the car on my own. I had told him I did not need to do a test drive. He had offered. A short while later, I met Al for the first time. He's an easy going guy. I told him we could get right down to business and we did. We discussed my trade-in vehicle and negotiated for a few minutes. After a short absence to talk to the business manager, Al came back and told me we had a deal. Nice! The rest of the visit was paperwork. I also asked to talk to Brandon Keddy if he was in. He's a very nice young man I had been in touch with through email, and a major reason I was there that day. I had been to another dealer in the morning and was quite unhappy with their business practices. It was good to put a face to the name. Two days later, I brought a bank check and drove away in my new car. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. My wife and I love the car. More
