We had a very nice experience working with Joe Dom. He was very laid back and not pushy. We were able to take the car out for a test drive by ourselves, which we like. He did several things which were above and beyond what would normally be expected. I called him and asked him to try a CD in the stereo because we forgot to do that. He not only tried one, but he gave us an oldies CD as a gift. When I asked about ordering a small container of touch up paint, he pulled one out that he had and gave it to us. Also, I think he even touched up a couple of minor scratches that we pointed out to him. And he even removed a license plate holder which my wife didn't like on one of our other cars. Although we only dealt with him indirectly, Todd made the negotiating of the final deal pretty easy. And Adam did a very nice job going over the money part of the deal and explaining the warranty options. All in all, this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Thanks Joe Dom and Parick Subaru. Patrick Subaru is great in general but I was lucky to have Laura ! I was so nervous about trying to get a car, I didn’t want to have a high payment and she worked her magic and got me a great deal.
